Partnership:
The inclusion of Norwegian Financial Mechanism cross-cutting issues and implementation during the process of project management contributed to the overall efficiency of the project and its objectives, and reduced social and economic disparities in the European Economic Area.
The project partners - the NGO "Projekts Videoatmiņa" and the Russian Federation "Independent women's social center" gave their unique experience with risk youth and contributed to achieve the planned results. With the NGO "Projekts Videoatmiņa" and the "Independent women's social center" there will be cooperation agreements signed to realise further activities.
Necessity:
The need of the project was identified by The project identified by young people’s lack of awareness of intercultural dialogue relevant in today's multicultural society. Mutually enriching communication, during which we get to know a variety of different minorities and their cultural values and explain to each other the values and traditions of the differences that enrich each of its members - the opportunity to learn about themselves and the world around you. Intercultural dialogue motivates us to be aware of the limits of self-use and another to define, sometimes to overcome these limits and better understand each other.
Results:
During the project, we carried out a study on "Intercultural dialogue for social integration" and created four short movies about intercultural communication and ethnic minorities calendar festive rituals of the participating non-family care institutions, one about intercultural communication in Belarus, one of intercultural communication in the Russian Federation, from which all of them were recorded in 800 DVDs and distributed outside of family care institutions, to non-governmental organizations and interested persons;
We created "Calendar 2016" with minority celebration days, supplemented by extra-familial care institutions involved students in the drawings;

Consequently, the results of the project are distributed and maintained in a sustainable preservation of information and movement of work with young people at risk.
The aim:
Improvement of intercultural communication skills for children and young people from Latgale region outside family care institutions, developing a better understanding of national identity and providing educational activities that prevent discrimination and develop tolerance.
With the in familial care institutions involved in project we have been working for many years in close contact and, therefore, the target group was previously known. In these institutions tutors worked with children and classes were orgnized in every out of family care institution. The main benefit - improved knowledge about the various aspects of intercultural dialogue and risks, therefore we can conclude that the project objectives have been fully achieved.
The impact of growth and prosperity, civic participation
The project has contributed, as well as affected II area of support "creation of unified society" and has improved the welfare young people living in outside family care, and supplemented their knowledge about the need for dialogue between cultures and the importance of further unified Latvian society and existence. Therefore, the project has encouraged the increase of public welfare as the target group who are affected by the project have become more aware and cognizant.
